Shipping Policy

When will my print be shipped?

In normal circumstances unframed print orders are dispatched within 5 working days of receiving your order.

If a print is out of stock and needs to be reprinted by the artist this may take several weeks


What are the shipping costs?

​

Prints are shipped unframed and shipping within the UK is free using Royal Mail. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

 

Shipping costs for non UK orders can be found by adding items to your cart at the checkout. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.


Will my order be subject to VAT?

For UK orders the prices shown include VAT at the standard UK rate.

 

We do not add sales tax to orders for delivery outside the UK. If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are your responsibility.

Returns and Exchange Policy

To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing by sending us an email using our Contact Us page.


Hanbury Fine Art follows UK law which states that a consumer has 14 days from receiving a purchase to request a refund. They then have 14 days to return their purchase to the retailer. In the case of such a return you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with this Returns Policy.


To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing by completing our Returns Form. You must then return the Products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your refund request, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.


You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.


Returns policy: how it works

  • Complete the information on the Contact Us page form within 14 days of receiving your print(s)

  • Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in.

  • We must receive your return within 14 days of your refund request.

  • Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it. Regrettably, we cannot refund postage costs for orders delivered outside the UK (unless the product is faulty or damaged).

  • We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.

  • We process all refunds within 28 days.​
